Street Skater, Street Blader and the other Street Series games, and Street ID. Last updated: 29 September 2026.

The Street Series games are made and run by Enigma Made (Chris Doughty), in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the information described here. Questions or requests: hello@enigmamade.com.

The short version: you can play without telling us anything about yourself. There are no ads, no ad trackers and no analytics in the games, and we never sell your data.

Playing without an account

• Your progress stays on your device. Scores, badges, stars, settings, the codes you've found and your skater's style are saved in your browser's local storage. We don't receive them. Clearing your browser's site data deletes them.
• Leaderboards. If you post a score, we store the three letters you enter, the score, the spot and the time. We also store a scrambled, one-way code made from your IP address (a salted hash). It is only used to limit spam and can't be turned back into your IP address. It is kept with the score for as long as the score stays on the board.
• Likes. The heart button sends a random ID made by your browser, plus the same kind of scrambled code, so each device counts once. Taking your like back deletes it.
• Clips you record with REC stay on your device unless you choose to share them yourself.

Street ID (optional account)

Street ID is the free account for the Street Series games. It lets you keep one skater name and back up your saves across devices. If you make one, we keep:

• Your email address, to log you in and to send you a password reset link when you ask for one.
• Your skater name, which is shown on the leaderboards.
• Your password, stored only as a one-way hash. We never see or store the password itself.
• Your game saves: badges, scores, stars, cred, codes found and your skater's style.
• Log-in sessions: a random token kept on your device and a hash of it on our server. It lasts up to 90 days.
• A scrambled code made from your IP address, kept for up to a day, only to stop password guessing and spam sign-ups.
• Things you buy, once the shop opens: what you bought, when, and the payment reference.

Signing in with Google

If you choose Continue with Google, Google tells us your email address, whether it is verified, and your Google account ID. We use these only to sign you in and to link your Google account to your Street ID. We don't ask for your contacts, files or any other Google data, and we don't share what Google gives us with anyone.

Who else is involved

• GoDaddy hosts our websites and servers. Like any web host, it keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser and the pages requested) for security and to keep the service running.
• Google, if you use Continue with Google, and to serve some fonts on the pages.
• Resend sends Street ID emails, such as password resets.
• Stripe handles payments when the shop opens. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us.
• Buy Me a Coffee: the coffee button opens their site, which has its own privacy policy.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. When they do, they use the legal safeguards UK law requires.

Why we can use it

We use your Street ID details to provide the account you asked for (a contract). We use leaderboard entries, likes and the scrambled spam-protection codes because we have a legitimate interest in running fair, working leaderboards and keeping the service safe. We keep purchase records because the law requires it.

Age

Anyone can play without an account. You need to be 13 or over to make a Street ID.

How long we keep it, and deleting it

Street ID details are kept until you delete your account. PROFILE > ACCOUNT > DELETE MY ACCOUNT removes your email, skater name, password and online saves straight away. You can also email us to ask for this. Purchase records are kept without your personal details for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct, delete or take a copy of the information we hold about you. You can also object to how we use it. Email hello@enigmamade.com and we'll reply within a month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change matters for Street ID holders, we'll also let them know in the game.
